Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• Deliver monthly variance analysis and executive reporting
• Partner with business unit leaders on strategic initiatives and financial modeling
• Support M&A analysis and integration planning as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or comparable platforms
